These operate on a call centre basis, taking your money before you have a surveyor call at your property. We are finding more and more of these companies use freelance surveyors to carry out the work. Unfortunately the surveyors never get paid by these companies.

Certificates for landlords are a local company covering, Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Irvine, Saltcoats, Kilwinning, Irvine etc. We never take deposits over the telephone or online and only charge when the work has been completed.
